certified-HumaneAll our animals are looked after with the greatest of care. None are given growth hormones or courses of routine antibiotics.

Animal’s are slaughtered individually at a small registered farm abattoir, to minimise stress.

The main meat we produce is free range pork. Our pigs have large grassed camps to walk around and forage. They are fed on whey produced from the cheese making which gives the meat a superior sweet taste that is unlike anything available in the shops.

We do whole piglets and pigs for big occasion or they can be cut up and/or smoked to order.

We also soon hope to add pasture raised lamb and beef to the list.
